** Serves two ladies
1 handful of blueberries
2 handfuls of spinach leaves
2 scoops of Greek 0% yogurt
2 splashes of orange juice [ make sure it's pure OJ ]
1/2 cup of ice
Blend all ingredients together.

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal!
"Winter is slowing approaching but this doesn't mean the fall favorites should be forgotten about. This is a healthy alternative to pumpkin pie! ENJOY ( I know I will)"
+ 1/2 cup whole grain oatmeal
+ 1 cup water
+ 1/4 cup unsweetened almond or rice milk
+ 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
+ 1 packet of Spelnda
+ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon [ optional: cinnamon sticks for decoration ; ) ]
+ 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
+ 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans
Directions:
Add oats and water to bowl, heat in microwave for two to three minutes. Add almond or rice milk, pumpkin puree, and Stevia sweetener. Sprinkle nuts, cinnamon, & pumpkin pie spice on top! BOMB THERE YOU GO

Guilt-Free Nachos!
"Who said Nachos have to be bad for you? With this recipe nachos have become a guilt free snack or meal that you can ENJOY with your best gal pals! The black beans are a great substitute for meat and also Greek yogurt is a wonderful replacement for sour cream! "
** Serves two.
1 hand full of blue corn chips
1 half handful of Trader Joe’s quinoa chips
1/2 cup light Mexican cheese
1 diced tomato
1 sliced jalapeño
1 squeeze of a lemon
2 tablespoons of diced onions
3 scoops of black beans
1-2 tablespoons of salsa ( suggest any trader joes brand)
2 dollops of Greek 1% yogurt
This recipe can be changed however you like. Instead of tomatoes go ahead add avocado or don't like jalapenos? add chili flakes! Put chips on a plate. Add light Mexican cheese. Microwave for thirty seconds. Remove & add all ingredients, squeezing the lemon last.
